The thirth edition of the MIAMI RIVER ART FAIR returns to Downtown-Brickell and we are delighted to share it with you.
Our Mission
The Miami River Art Fair paves the way for the arts in our financial district as the pioneer art fair of the Downtown Miami – Brickell areas during the winter art fair season.The City of Miami welcomes the Miami River Art Fair as a herald for the revitalization of the Lower Miami River district, the city’s waterfront destination of the twenty-first century.
In partnership with the City of Miami and the Miami River Commission, the Miami River Art Fair will act as a launchpad for the revitalization efforts underway for the Downtown Miami/ Brickell areas and the Lower Miami River.
The Miami River Art Fair 2013 is endorsed by the City of Miami, the Miami River Commission, the City of Mami Beach, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Art Deco Preservation League.
Miami River Art Fair 2014 is providing a unique fair-going experience during the art fair season as the only waterfront art fair. Miami River Art Fair is featuring both an indoor booth setting at theRiverfront Hall of the Miami Convention Center and the one-of-a-kind Riverwalk Sculpture Mall, which is featuring monumental sculpture on the banks of the historic Miami River.
The Miami River Art Fair will feature 50 booth wide variety of exhibitors:
Galleries | Professional quality booths will offer a polished platform for galleries to extend their reach to an international audience during Art Basel week.
Special Projects | Cutting-edge projects, cultural institutions and visual art research initiatives will be showcased throughout the fair, providing an educational and informative context to the art fair.

The Miami River Art Fair 2012 in the first edition, in alliance with the Monaco Art Fair , presented over 200 emerging, mid-career and established artists from 35 countries and attracted more than 5,000 collectors, curators, designers and dealers during the VIP Vernissage and during the 2013 Edition, presented over 1,500 artworks of 150 artists from 30 countries and attracted more than 8,000collectors, curators, designers and dealers during the VIP Vernissage

Fair Director
Nina Torres is the Director for Miami River | Art Fair. For over 20 years, Nina Torres has been actively participating in the international art market, specializing in Modern and Contemporary Latin American Art. Nina has curated and overseen nearly 300 exhibitions at international venues, including the “Europalia Biennial of Art; Brussels, Belgium” 1993, and “XII Festival Del Centro Historico Ciudad de Mexico” 1995-1996. Currently, Nina is the Director and Chief Curator of Nina Torres Fine Art MIAMI and has partnered with the Miami River Commission to foster and encourage art in public spaces.
